We want you to be completely satisfied with your Peruvian Connection purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Simply use our pre-paid return label to send back your luxury apparel for a full refund or a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
